You just can’t beat the convenience and close proximity to the ski resort and village. We will be back and most likely request the same unit.

The concept of the property is great . Two minute walk to the slopes is great !! Unfortunately the staff there doesn’t make you feel very welcome. The dishes weren’t clean . There were womens underwear left in the front bedroom. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen. Worst of all we paid extra for a unit with a hot tub and it didn’t work what a ripoff. The blond lady with the fuzzy hair that worked the front desk couldn’t care less about any of our issues. I have been coming to the snow summit town homes for years now . The last two times I have been there I experienced the same rudeness from the staff and same problems with the hot tub not working and room not being clean . It’s hard to justify the stay and the money spent for rude service and paying for a premium room without the premium benefits.I will be spending my money elsewhere next time .
