I was very grateful for the gentleman who was at the front desk. I visited him several times with questions about dining, bus transportation and general big bear area questions. He had all the answers and it really made my stay much easier.

Book the Robinhood - not familiar with the area but it was literally walking distance from everything- HEADS UP it's so hard to get Ubers/Lyfts anywhere in town , Our truck broke down going up and the hotel staff was so helpful- and accommodating... but we did Uber to snow play and couldn't get back .. but the hotel was centrally located so we were able to walk to restaurants/ shops / bowling & the alpine coaster ( my kids loved that - definitely a must do up there )
