The location is good near the lake and village. I liked the room but it was a bit warm. It’s good the windows could be opened and that there was a ceiling fan. It is a short drive to everything in Big Bear.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The shower had excellent water pressure. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which all smelled nice. I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well. Otherwise, it was super enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return at our next visit 😊🐻

Good little hotel. Definitely on the older side and could use some updating, especially with soundproofing between floors (you can hear every footstep in the room above), but location was phenomenal (literally at the start of the village shops area), restaurant on site had some great food and pre-dinner prices weren't too bad. We'd stay here again if we're looking for a low-cost close to the village option.

We liked that the hotel is on the corner and very close to many restaurants and the snow lifts. We loved the view of big bear lake. We booked two rooms; both were clean, spacious and cozy.
