My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! De La Nona’s is delicious, great views all around. Friendly staff. Awesome to have a sauna and cold plunge on the property! Walking distance to the little downtown area which is super convenient. Hotel itself was very nice renovated too! Will definitely be coming back

Clean room and comfy bed, with a great view of the lake. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and a top floor, end unit, to minimize “neighbor” noise. It was a very nice stay overall and we’d happily stay there again.

Great stay - would definitely come back! Their dock wasn’t in use during our stay (under construction), but otherwise a great experience. Very well located - walkable to most of the shops and restaurants in Big Bear. Very clean and friendly staff.

The location of Marina Rivera was very convenient and made it easy for us to get around, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. However, there were a couple of disappointments that significantly affected our experience. We were disappointed to find out that the gym was not available for guests during our stay. This was something we were specifically looking forward to using. Additionally, the TV did not allow us to stream services, which was a big part of our plans for relaxing and enjoying our time at the hotel. Overall, the convenient location was a plus, but the lack of access to the gym and the inability to use streaming services made the stay less enjoyable than we had expected. Also the lakeside view a letdown
