The guy that checked us in was very friendly and inviting. The room was clean and we had no issues with anything. Very good access to most places of interest.

The kitchen was clean and equipped. On the other hand the bed was terrible and we barely slept both nights. The twin mattress had springs, it was so uncomfortable to sleep on, and made so much noise every time we moved, we could barely.

Great location. Clean room. Not the best pillows so if you can bring your own it’d be better. The best cluster of fall foliage right in the backyard. It was Big Bear’s slow season when I went third week of October so there was no one at the front desk but communication was conducted via texts and the staff was responsive.

Laid back easy place to stay, location is great, short distance to everything Big Bear has to offer. Never even saw an employee, they text me the door codes and we were good to go. My favorite part was the single "What's going on in Big Bear this week" type of magazine was from 2023. My kinda place.

This resort has a great location and the people working there are very hospitable. I had a very comfortable evening and slept really well. It's close to town where there's free public parking.

Nice, but dated property. Bit disappointed that when we showed up for our late August stay, the pool was drained (and we had chosen this property in large part b/c it had the outdoor pool). Also, Wifi was so slow it was unusable (0.4 MBs). But great location on the main road and walkable to some things.

There was a pho restaurant on site that we ordered take out from. It was convenient and very much needed on that first night we were there. The parking was easy, the check-in/out process was super easy.

An enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed the accommodations, we didn't utilize the fireplace, however we probably should have but the two heaters didn't seem to be sufficient for the cold evenings. Overall it was really spacious and exceptionally clean. Definitely would go back to visit again.

Cabin retreat with fireplace

Loved this cabin. It has a fireplace and and upstairs. The kitchen was great for cooking and there's a porch patio. Extremely comfortable.
