“No priority seemed to be given to cleaning the guest rooms. We stayed for five nights, and our room was not cleaned at all despite requesting housekeeping. We also ran out of toilet paper and clean towels and had to ask for replacements. The front desk staff were very helpful and promptly provided fresh towels and additional toilet paper whenever needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in housekeeping services.”
