We stayed six nights and HIGHLY recommend it. The staff had good English and helped me with my Polish phrases. The room was comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing! We enjoyed the meals and resting in the sauna. The location of the hotel made getting anywhere we wanted to be very easy.

Hotel President, Bielsko-Biala

The hotel is set in a central position in the town. The staff are vey helpful and well trained, their level of English could be better. The hotel has been restored to a high level and because it is an old building there is little noise at night. The WiFi could be better but there is a laptop for your use. No coffee machine in my room but some in others, the tv has no English programes except for sky sport. Will stay there again.
