Great location, steps from the main railway station. Simple rooms, good value. But their automated check-in is terrible. I have helped design user interfaces (UI) in the travel industry, so I know what I’m talking about. For one, I had to re-enter data that already existed in my booking, or could have been accessed through Expedia, where I booked the room. Then the check-in process got stuck toward the end, and kept asking me if I was bringing pets. I could not escape from that. Fortunately, there was a live person inside, but that would not have helped if the traveler arrived after midnight or whenever the staff leave.

Perfect stop over

Perfect for our needs as a family of four. We needed a place to stay on our way through Germany and this is a good option with clean rooms at a good price. We added breakfast for a toral of 29€ and it is ok considering the price. It's located at a cinemacomplex with a lot of restaurants in the area. Perfect with the provided free parking.

Great service by the young lady at reception. We are cycling through Europe and while they had no secure lock up for the bikes, we were able to squeeze them into the room… it was tight, as the rooms are not very spacious, but we did it.

Seems to take any measures possible to save money.

The room it self was quite good. The bed was not the most comfortable but I wasn't expecting anything else. What really shocked me was that there was a lock on the shower on how hot the water could be, which wasn't exactly a comfortable temperature. Also the air condition there had a cap on how high the fanspeed could be which were on the lowest setting.

In 11 days room cleaning was only done once . Staff roode and not helping at all. Always playing with there's phones . I requested room cleaning after 5 days but not been done till day 9. Will not reccomend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

We paid extra for breakfast and there were just few bits available. Apart from boiled egg no hot food! Just some toast/bread, old dry out cheese slices and couple cold meat options. Fruit salad had better days too so I didn’t risk it. Some cereal options. Not even a pastry or some scrambled eggs! You can’t charge for this!

The 2 nights we stayed were ruined by very loud music and rowdy crowds until the early morning, severalpolice vehicles and police were present but did nothing. The reception claimed that it was bad timing for us and that on their listing it states that this hotel is in the party district so we can't complain. Never again!
