無人でしたが、毎回、迅速にメール対応して頂けたので とても安心で来ました。 朝の時間、トイレ前の洗面所が混み合うので、せめて女性用はもう少し数を増やしてくれるとありがたいです。でも、安かったので満足です！

Really nice and clean room, huge and spacious, 2 parking lots provided, mini fridge and free shared washing machines. At this price, its unbeatable. Looking forward to booking it again next time I am in Biei!

3泊滞在させていただきましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も清潔で居心地がたいへん良かったです。 キッチン設備や洗濯乾燥機も使用できたので、長期滞在に向いています。 一方、乾燥機をかけられない衣服を干せる場所がなく、室内もハンガー2本と限られていたため、もし可能であれば洗濯ロープやハンガーを追加でお借りできたらありがたかったです。 また、インバウンドの方でドアを開けたままテレビを大音量で流したまま眠られていたり、2階の廊下でスカイプか何かで話している方がいて騒がしかったです。ルール徹底していただけるよう、さらにアナウンスしていただけると助かります。
