“The accommodation/facilities are in need of improvement/upgrade/repair. Microwave supplied (good) but no microwaveable cooking dishes; no suitable knives in the cutlery only sharp knives; can-opener would be useful; pots/pans comprised two frypans and one saucepan but no lid(s). Kitchen tap unit spins as you use it. Plug in sink does not seal - you had to run water continually to wash dishes. One kitchen light flickers then goes off - poor overall kitchen lighting. Fridge was off when we arrived...

“The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use.
