Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best

Los puntos que debes tomar en cuenta para hospedarte aquí: tienen horario de recepción -después ya no hay nadie quien te atienda-, el huésped debe limpiar la habitación y tirar la basura que tuvo, no hay jabón ni shampoo. Nuestra experiencia fue buena, pero no estaba limpio el baño, al Huésped pasado se le olvidó llevar sus cabelos de la regadera.

Biarritz en février

Nous sommes allĂ©es en FĂ©vrier 2024 du coup il y avait la plupart des services fermĂ©s Ă  cause de la mĂ©tĂ©o, mĂȘme la ville Ă©tait un peu dĂ©serte. Recommandation il faut aller aprĂšs mai jusqu'Ă  septembre. Sinon le staff de l'hĂŽtel est excellent.

Pas terrible pour un 3 ou 4 Ă©toiles

Juste bien, je connais dans le mĂȘme groupe des rĂ©sidences plus agrĂ©ables oĂč lorsque l'on rĂ©serve un studio 1 chambre on ne se retrouve pas avec 2 lits cabines et 1 canapĂ© lit seulement mais 1 vrai lit 2 personnes ! Que dire du confort de la literie du canapĂ©.... Horrible et grinçant, le frigo gĂ©missant la nuit Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de vous. Pas le luminaires allumĂ©s dans le parc alors que la nuit tombe Ă  17h30 et que les allĂ©es mĂšnent aux appartements, obligĂ© d'utiliser la lampe du tĂ©lĂ©phone ??? Le personnel qui ne s'Ă©tonne pas du disfonctionnement du micro-ondes (on ne sait pas le faire fonctionner..lol) et le fait de trouver un bol non lavĂ© rangĂ© du locataire prĂ©cĂ©dent Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, bof...bref nous avons Ă©courtĂ© de 3 nuits tellement le studio 4 personnes etait glauque sans vue sauf sur les voisins d'en face! Bref je prĂ©fĂšre Anglet ou Socoa.

Encore un bon séjour!

Je suis retournĂ©e dans cette rĂ©sidence que j’ai connu l’annĂ©e derniĂšre et que j’avais particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ©. La rĂ©sidence est calme, bien situĂ©e et bien entretenue. Les chiens sont acceptĂ©s pour un tarif trĂšs raisonnable (45€ pour 1 semaine) et la plage de Marbella est Ă  5 min Ă  pieds. Je reviendrai !
