Overall, this a really nice hotel. Well located and the room was really nice. Also, the staff was very pleasant and professional and, provided great recommendations on restaurants and places/things to do in the area. The hotel is in a great location and our room was comfortable with a small balcony where you could sit and look out to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Beaches, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Very bright and cozy right in the heart of beachside Biarritz. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Everything was right downstairs and the beaches were a short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous little hotel in a terrific location. Wonderful friendly staff who offered help on every situation. Room was well appointed with the most comfy bed. The lively restaurants in the square added to the experience. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying the fabulous hospitality of Sophie and her team.

We loved our recent 5 night stay ,a perfect location with helpful friendly staff. The hotel rooms are small and would benefit from a little update but the one we booked had a beautiful ocean view which was amazing. The only thing we would recommend is a kettle in the room so that guests could make a tea or coffee when they wanted.
