Apartamentos en Bialy Dunajec

“Super miejsce do spędzenia czasu w górach”

“Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.”

“Excelente apartamento, muito confortável, apena so check-out que causou desconforto, pois o rapaz da limpeza chegou no horário correto, porém solicitei mais 15 minutos, pois me atrasei e ele ficou chateado. Enfim isso não macula a hospedagem. Inclusive deixei um trenó para criança, espero que o próximo hospede possa aproveitar. ”

“Beautiful property with beautiful view to the mountains. Very clean, modern and quiet. I would definitely come back.”

“The room was amazing, really gave ski vibes. Owners were brilliant as well, super helpful and kind.”

“Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

“Clean space and really nice location, beautiful views from the balcony”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings...

“We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.”

“El apartamento estaba bien, muy alejado del centro y es obligatorio usar coche. El entorno es fenomenal. La bañera no tenia mampara y cuando t duchabas se ponia todo el baño inundado. En general bien pero quizas calidad precio caro. El chico que nos atendio muy amable.”

“(1) Completely no English-language TV channel available, such as BBC or CNN. (2) The soundproofing is poor. Late at nights or early in the mornings, people are often dragging furniture around and making noise. (3) There are also groups of dogs outside that bark intermittently. (4) For any inquiries or questions, please leave a message and wait for a reply. Response times may vary! Personally I consider it is slow. (5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves.”

“Clean room, good location ”

“Incredibly clean, modern, airy, lots of natural light, and comes with a parking spot.”
