We as a family stayed at the Bharuch Hyatt over 9 nights receiving excellent comfort and hospitality in the middle of hustle and bustle of Bharuch Such a calm, clean and tranquil atmosphere about the place with constantly attentive staff. They were happy to accommodate needs. All staff were always professional and helpful by going beyond there job to help in making the stay easy and comfortable The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard The greeting staff and desk staff were always polite, helpful and smiling. The breakfast team was excellent always helping and going beyond to help with dietary needs The house keeping were always polite and professional To name a few staff would injustice But will still name those I remember by name Hetal, Dilip and Sachin Greeters including gate keepers Vikash, Arun, Guru, Kissel, Chung, Varsha, And all the kitchen staff. Ikram , Manan and all front desk All housekeeping staff Definitely recommend to others and visit again

外観、内装とも綺麗なのですが、案内された部屋は入った瞬間に酷いカビの匂いがあり気分が悪くなった。空調を止めると匂いが軽くなったのでそのまま逗留したが、部屋を替える要求をすべきであった。部屋の掃除をしているスタッフもあの強烈な匂いには気づいていると思われるがそのまま客を滞在させる等、スタッフの教育が必要。もっとも二度とこのホテルを選ぶことはない。
