Book Premier Classe in Lyon which was brilliant so this one was not as good. No WI-FI reception did not know what to do and the breakfast at 8.50 consisted of bread and one Croissant, no English tea and no English TV channels.

I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order. The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice.

Les chambres ressemblent à des cages à poules! Les photos sont plus que trompeuses. C’est minuscules. La salle de bain, vous pouvez vous doucher et faire pipi en même temps. Il y a plein de moisissures à fuir!

Je ne recommande pas.

Personnel gentil mais manque de sourire. Chambres non isolees. Autant de bruit que si on dormait dehors. Impossible de dormir malgré une literie pas trop mal. Petit déjeuner très restreint. Boiserie completement usee. Rouille. Salle de bain tres petite et vieillissante avec rideau de douche qui colle en prenant une douche. Je ne recommande pas du tout

Accueil correct mais ménage de la chambre à revoi

A l'arrivée, éclairage HS de la salle de bains mais le réceptionniste a réglé le problème immédiatement. En revanche, un souci de propreté à signaler : un morceau de biscuit a été retrouvé coincé dans l'armature du lit superposé, grâce à plusieurs dizaines de fourmis qui gravitaient autour, jusque sur l'échelle et le sol. A noter également un problème d'écoulement au niveau du lavabo et de la douche.
