We booked this hotel because it was so close to an event we had booked at ZipWorld 5 minutes away, so not only was this a convenient stay but it turned out to be a luxury treat! The hotel surpassed our expectations and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing food at the restaurant and a great selection of drinks at the bar….especially the Headliner Welsh whiskey! ☺️

Staff were lovely, hotel had everything you could want and the food, especially breakfast was top class. A bit short on parking and not a fan of the automated check in but it was simple enough. A beautiful place to visit and great hotel to stay in.

Nicely refurbished hotel, excellent food and breakfast. Not sure I like the self service check in, not that it didn’t work, it did but just prefer the personal touch for a hotel striving for the boutique feel. Overall a nice stay and friendly staff. They missed cleaning the room one day which was disappointing.

Had a really pleasant stay at Gwydyr Hotel. The hotel is charming, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with spotless rooms and a cosy atmosphere. Service was warm and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. Just a small note that there’s no lift, but staff were helpful and everything else more than made up for it. Would happily stay again and recommend it.
