The property is quite clean, and staff was very nice! We stayed the room which was not good on noise reduction since next door talked aloud on the phone, we could hear it all even in late night. Registration and housekeeping were very good. Restaurant was overpriced for what you get and did not have everything listed in its menu. Elevator was always alarming. I was disappointed that there was no free wi-fi. Some in our group received free breakfast and others did not which was also disappointing. Fitness facility was better than many hotels of this size.

The Sheraton Rockville is still my preferred hotel in this DC suburb, and I normally stay there 4 times every year for a few days each time. It's a slightly older, but still nice property in a good location with large, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Like most hotels, I wish they would check their rooms more frequently for maintenance issues, so I'd suggest checking the room when you first arrive. I can tell you they are very good about changing your room if needed.
