There was too much noise in the courtyard the night I was there. I also could smell smoke, perhaps coming from the next room or right outside, which was disturbing. Otherwise, I appreciated the clean room and working bathroom.

Red Roof "Plus" seemed a bit of a joke. The bedding didn't seem particularly luxurious and there was no snack package. I chose the room for the king bed and though we didn't get our perks, I thought the price was fair for the area. People hanging around the parking lot made the area feel unsafe though.

We checked in at 5pm. The representative at the desk, Alan, was rude and not welcoming! I then received a phone call at 3:11am, waking me from my sleep, asking if I were going to arrive. I explained that I was already there and sleep. In the morning I discovered that Alan had not checked me in properly and completely. I was very upset and frustrated. I will NEVER stay at this location again when visiting Maryland!!!!!
