“Habitación sin agua caliente, bajé a recepción y nunca fui atendido por alguien.”

“overall it's good”

“We liked the size of the room and the comfortable bed. What we didn't like was that it was cold in the room and took over 2 hours to get the room heated.”

“Toilet had drops of urine and hairs on the top of the porcelain, dirty floor in bathroom, strange hairs in and on side of tub. Mold on ice machine where the ice comes out. Carpet in halls dirty. Central air unit in room sounded like a jet taking off whenever it came on. This was my second stay since the first stay was good but I won't be returning anymore”

“First room was very dirty, but I asked the virtual front desk assistant for a new clean room and they obliged quickly. Thanks!”

“I love how it makes you feel like your in the Northwoods. Beautiful lake view right outside our window”

“Super clean and updated with tons of amenities! We cooked and hosted dinners almost every night!”

“Shower curtain was missing and the water was terrible.”
