Our air conditioner did not work the entire time we called maintenance twice front desk multiple times and had someone come up and told us it was fixed. It was close to 80 the entire trip when we were there five nights they did comp us resort fees at the end. We even paid for an upgraded room. Definitely could have moved us or fixed the problem.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size. The pool is the best part! loud music, 21+.. Highly recommend

Our stay was fine. The room was clean, but that was about the only good thing. There is not really any staff around to help with anything to do with the hotel part (it’s all computerized). There were so many hidden fees. When we checked in, we had to pay $76 per person for a resort fee. Then at checkout we had to pay ANOTHER $75 for parking, another resort fee and internet. Just beware when staying here. It looks affordable from internet listings but they have random, unnecessary fees.
