Very clean. Lovely cottage. However if you are elderly or unsteady on your feet it may not be suitable as bedrooms are upstairs and toilet facilities are downstairs

This place was lovely. Clean and bright. Instructions to get in and once inside were very helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the 3 bins of glass bottles, mostly alcohol bottles that were over flowing onto the ground outside the gate, in the parking lot. They were there the day we checked in , already overflowing and only got worse as we stayed for 4 days. They should look into that because otherwise this place was everything we wantes while on our vacation. Lovely!!

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect. The viwes are unbelievable. I Would highly recommend, we done the full journey by public transport ane it was so easy to get around without a car. We slept in and had to leave in a hurry at checkout and feel really bad about not having time to give the accommodation a proper clean before we left.

lodge is ok but poor personnel

terrible communication. none of hte offical phone numbers worked and no response to email or messenger. Hotels.com couldn't reach them either which made me think our booking was a scam. finally the night before arrival we got an email from owner but were given rather short shrift when we asked whether possible to arrive earlier and were told to use email to contact them. when we got there, there was no key in the agreed key box. it got resolved but no word of apology for the mixup. seems the owner likes to have the income has no interest whatsoever in any kind of polite interaction. whilst the unit itself was nicely laid out - and some things were new (air fryer/fridge) there were many thing falling part like the patio doors which we couldn't use as the runners were rotten, the dining room lights (no bulbs) the ktichen cabinet light (didn't work) the kitchen cabinet handle (fell off and we had to screw it back on), loose hooks on doors etc. Shame as it could have been nice

Spotless , fantastically equipped and top rate

Have to say of all the self catering places we have stayed this was the cleanest, best equipped and most organised ever. Top hosts made us very welcome and, as first trip post COVID, had absolute confidence that the property was deep cleaned and procedures in place to make out stay very safe. Highly recommended - but don’t book when we want to go back!!
