Pousada nova, porem a vaga do estacionamento privativo deveria ser fixo na frente do respectivo quarto, a maneira como é fica ruim, outras pessoas param em frente ao seu quarto. Fui avisada as 17hs q o quarto disponível para mim estava com problemas no esgoto, a opção foi me hospedar em uma pousada de nível MUITO inferior ao contrato, fora q eu precisei no outro dia me mudar para a pousada Cadiz. Fui direcionada a um quarto tbm com problemas de vazamento e o banheiro ficava ensopado, péssima experiência, não se iluda pelas fotos.

A pousada é ok, logo de início tivemos problemas com estacionamento, dizia no anúncio que tinha vaga, mas na verdade vagas fixas são para as suítes mais caras, o estacionamento em frente à pousada é rotativo e são poucas vagas, ou seja, quem pegar primeiro fica, o restante estaciona na rua, de fato não foi difícil conseguir vaga, mas não dá pra chamar vaga na rua como vaga de estacionamento né. Depois, houve um atraso de uma hora pra liberar o quarto, já após o horário permitido para check-in, mas o problema mesmo foi dizerem que iriam avisar assim que o quarto estivesse pronto e, por um acaso, termos ficado esperando logo em frente ao quarto que seria o nosso, termos visto que já tinham terminado a limpeza neste quarto há um bom tempo e não terem nos avisado, mesmo tendo retirado o pedido para nos avisarem algumas vezes. O quarto estava com um odor muito forte de mofo, além do lençol e as fronhas estarem com mancha de mofo, preferi dormir com máscara pra não acordar no outro dia com alguma irritação na garganta ou nariz. No dia seguinte deixamos a janela aberta e melhorou um pouco a situação, mas pedimos pra trocar de quarto, o que foi atendido de pronto. Os pontos positivos são a localização, a um quarteirão da praia, com restaurantes, padarias, cafés e farmácias próximos, os recepcionistas muito educados e a piscina climatizada, não é incrível, mas não é ruim. O café da manhã é ok também, os produtos aparentemente feitos na própria pousada são muito gostosos, como os bolos

A pousada é muito organizada e os funcionários muitos simpáticos. Tivemos um ponto de atenção e um problema em relação a nossa estádia. O quarto e o box do banheiro são extremamente pequenos, muito ruim de ficar em 2 pessoas. Outro problema, que foi o que nos deixou chateados é que antes da nossa entrada entrei em contato via whatsapp com a pousada para saber se eles ofereciam algum tipo de ceia e a funcionária Nicole nos disse que estava incluso na hospedagem. No dia que fizemos o check in, nos foi passado o valor de R$250 por pessoa para participar da ceia. Questionado sobre a conversa que tive anteriormente, disseram que o valor só estava incluso para quem fechou a reserva no site ou diretamente com eles. Para não estragar um momento especial de passagem de ano e sem opção de procurar outro estabelecimento por se tratar de uma data que os comércios normalmente não funcionam optamos em pagar mas ficamos extremamente chateados porque a ceia em questão não condizia com o valor cobrado. Enfim, por este motivo acredito que não voltariamos a nos hospedar na pousada.

Cafe da manha bom, com algumas opções, mais bem agradavel, a piscina é otima, só o horário de uso achei pouco, e o aquecimento da mesma desliga as 19h ei achei bel cedo, levando em conta a lei do silencio, o uso da mesma deveria ser ate as 21h e o aquecimento tb em dias que nao esteja tao quente, como foi no meu caso
