Ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Buona colazione. Magari qualche orologio in più nell'area benessere potrebbe far comodo. Molto consigliato

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
In a nutshell my room was full of bedbugs and some other pretty insects. When I first called the receptionist, she behaved like it was normal (!): "yeah, there are in every room". They sent someone only after a couple of hours to try and sort things out. I personally found the whole thing unbelievable, a bit disgusting and somehow surreal to say the least. This is supposed to be "a grand hotel".

Soggiorno piacevole.

I didn’t consider this a 4 star property. While the staff was pleasant, room was clean and it was in a historic building with many Terme baths. The baths were open to the general public and were very busy. The restaurant offered less than expected for a 4 star hotel.

Gusto e relax

Fiore all'occhiello il nuovo ristorante Il Giardino Sospeso. Ci tornerò appena possibile.
