very good location and comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast, some noise due to traffic.

Next to bus stop 9. No ac. Room can get warm during the day/early evening. Loud at night with drunks walking below. Street noise is also loud. Otherwise, great hotel for price.

The room was clean and bright and decor was very tasteful. It had an eco vibe. We stayed for one week and our room was cleaned twice. The staff were helpful although we did have a small misunderstanding at one point about the evening meal offering and room cleaning but they went over and above to rectify this. Sadly breakfast isn't included in the price but it looks great although expensive like most things in Iceland. A big bonus is the free parking right outside which is a Godsend in Reykjavik. It was a 10 minute walk into the main part of town and close to a supermarket and was in a quiet area. I would stay here again.
