“Very basic accomodation. Photos show the property in a very very good light (maybe heavily filtered), we were disappointed at how old and “motel”-like it felt. Room also had a musky odour, could be due to its age or from a pet.”

“From the moment we walked into the Lobby it exuded luxury, The whole Hotel smelled luxurious, the rooms do not disappoint, the pool is fabulous. When it came to Harvey’s bar, the staff were AMAZING, everything was personal, they learned our names, drinks top notch. The food in the restaurant was second to none! Highly recommend The Gibraltar for couples or families. We will definitely return and even discussed booking the venue for a future wedding.”

“Absolutely comfortable king bed, nice clean room, walk in shower. Recommend this nice and neat motor inn for all travellers.”

“We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. That was a bit frustrating. Also painters came in on the second day and the strong smell of enamel paint permeated into our room ...it was awful , I ended up with a terrible headache and went down to reception to see if something could be done. “Centrally located in Moss Vale, our room was freshly furnished with lovely bedding & towels, however shared spaces & facilities need upgrading.”

“Although this is an old motel, it's very clean and quite comfortable. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and polite, and we were made to feel welcome. A nice touch was finding the electric blanket warming the bed when we returned later at night,”

“Lovely to have received lots of contact regarding arrival as I thought I would arrive after hours. Lovely greeting when I did arrive. Basic cabin for solo traveler. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. The shower was great and everything I needed was in the very dated cabin. Met my needs and I’m happy to have stayed as I felt safe and it was an extremely quiet caravan park.”

“Large one bedroom apartment a short drive to town. I was impressed that the sofa bed was made up for the third person without me having to request this.”

“Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and the Lindy and David were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Pleasant place to stay. Room was basic but ok. Separate TV room and guest kitchen. Staff good. Food good. Close to rail line so take ear plugs.”

“Staff were very helpful, the property was comfortable and there’s lots of comfortable communal areas to lounge in with a good book. It’s great for a cozy weekend away.”
