Beautiful old house with charm right in the city centre. Great and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

A bit overrated

Location good in city center, However difficult to reach by car. Very narrrow parking 400m from Hotel. Room without door between bathroom and bedroom. Quite worn down. The Hotels.com rating seems to high. The Hotel is good/ok, but not ”fantastic”.

Good location in Bernkastel, but missed the mark.

Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

Super hotel, super beliggenhed

Dejligt hotel central beliggenhed med parkering og udsigt til vinmarker. "Skævt" rum med masser af sjæl. Jacuzzi og stor seng til 150 € pr. nat. Kaffe på værelset og rigtig fin morgenmad. Vi manglede kun et bord til at drikke kaffe ved.

Lite vellykket opphold. Varmt og klamt rom, røyken fra gjestene på naboterassen sivet inn vinduet. Veldig lytt. Veldig turistifisert. Avbrøt oppholdet etter en natt.

Evetyr hotell. Vakkert . Gammelt og litt skakt her og der. Men sååå full av sjarm. Fantastisk frokost og beliggenheten er bare helt perfekt. Annbefales virkelig. Men ingen heis så her må en trimme litt i trappene . Men sååå hvert det.

4° séjour et toujours satisfaits.

Quel que soit le prix de la chambre, celle-ci sont toutes confortables, fonctionnelles et très propres. Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel et sympathique en particulier mademoiselle Souad qui parle très bien le Français. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel de par le choix et la fraîcheur des produits proposé. Nous y rentournerons avec un grand plaisir.

Spennende hotell i historisk hus, med rom inspirert a forskjellige eventyrfortellinger. Fellesarealene var dekorert med små figurer og bilder fra eventyrverden. Betjening var vennlig og "serviceminded" hele veien. Eneste "drawback" var at huset ikke er veldig praktisk for mennesker, som har vansker med å gå, siden det (av naturlige årsaker) ikke er heis i bygget. Men til gjengjeld fikk vi godt hjelp av den utmerkede resepsjonisten til å få bagasjen opp på rommet. Utenfor hotellet var det flust med restauranter og masse muligheter til å gå tur - både i sentrum og mellom vingårdene. Vi var formøyde 😍

Ett ljuvligt gammalt sagoslott

Ett underbart litet sagohotell som vi besökte första gången 2021 och som vi nu passade på att åka tillbaka till på vägen från semester i Spanien. Den som har möjlighet att välja rum ska förstås ta ett i den gamla kulturbyggnaden. Vi fick Snövits rum. Helt ljuvligt.

Un compte de fée qui n'usurpe pas ses 4 étoiles

3° Séjour. Toutes les chambres sont décorées sur un thème différent de comptes de fées. Même les chambres standard avec douche sont parfaitement équipées et on une taille supérieure à 20 m². C'est donc très confortable et très propres. les chambres supérieures disposent souvent d'un jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est frais et excellent. le personnel est professionnel et très avenant, en particulier la réceptionniste qui parle plusieurs langues dont le Français et est très soucieuse de la satisfaction du client. Notre chambre préférée, Blanche Neige.

Reservierter Parkplatz ist leider ca 200m vom Hotel entfernt und sehr eng. Mit großem Auto machbar aber schwierig. Frühstück ist ok, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Lage top!

Kommer tillbaka!

Vi var glatt överraskade! Hotellpersonalen var hjälpsamma, pratade bra engelska och supertrevliga. Hotellet är gammalt med en gammal stil, därför lite slitet, men det störde oss inte. Hotellrummet var väldigt rent och fräscht, hon som städade vårat rum gjorde allt så ljuvligt fint. Det fanns en bra kaffemaskin på rummet, lite kakor och godis. Så trevligt! Frukosten var också väldigt bra. Vi gillade sagotemat på hotellet, det gjorde upplevelsen lite extra rolig.

Für den Preis dieses „Exklusivzimmers“ hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Bett beispielsweise war durchgelegen, die „Dampfsauna“ ist eine Dusche, das Zimmer liegt ebenerdig an der Straße und ist sehr hellhörig. Bei Gesprächen auf der Treppe oder draußen auf der Straße hört man jedes Wort mit. Als die freundliche Dame beim Check-Out mich darauf hinwies, dass ich nicht über Expedia hätte buchen sollen, sondern über die eigene, viel günstigere Webseite, fühlte ich mich dann schlussendlich über den Tisch gezogen.
