Perfect location close to the train station and in the heart of the city. The staff were amazing, they even leant us a dry bag so we could enjoy the unique experience of floating down the river.

Conveniently located next to Bern train station. Close to the Parliament, restaurants and local food store. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy. Only negative we had a charcuterie board one evening which was too large for only 2 and quite pricey.

The “air conditioning” was literally non existent. I booked this hotel because it advertised AC but yet every day and even at night it was cooler outside. Horrible sleeping here and we both got little because of this. Staff was not friendly either. Location is good.

The Bristol was very conveniently located in Bern inner city near the train station, Bern Bahnhof and all the shops and cafes of the old town. The room was spacious by European standards. Very comfortable and staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast was excellent.
