The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean. It was great to have kitchen facilities. Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern.

The room was clean and inviting. I loved the layout. The kitchen was exceptional with all the necessary gadgets and appliances for comfort. I will definitely stay at a Koook Stay again.

Great location, close to the Wankdorf station. Room as described, really clever use of the sliding wall to create the space where you need it at that time. Great to have coffee machine and easy access to refills from the main area. Nice to be able to cook our own food. Little supermarkets close by, used the Migrolino on the Sunday when Coop was closed. Would recommend, we had a great stay.
