Our favorite hotel on a three week vacation. Perfect location to see historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and strolling by the river. Easy access to building and room. Friendly staff and gathering room was fully stocked. Would stay here again and recommending to friends traveling to Bern!

This was such a unique hotel and so cute and clean! Small rooms but everything top quality. soft sheets, delicious coffee, and the awesome rooftop had phenomenal views. It was easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go! If I ever come back to Bern, I would definitely stay here again!!

Room was clean and as advertised. AC was great and a relief from the heat while we visited! Convenient location in proximity to the train and tons of food options around. Short walk to grocery as well. Communal space for group dinners, heating up food, well stocked communal kitchen and amenities for coffee, tea and water in the common space was great. On site contact was very helpful with suggestions for exploring and anything that was needed.

Great stay here, excellent location close walking distance to train station, restaurants and the sights. Room was small but well thought out and had everything needed. The common area was great and the staff were really superb. We were not sure how this would be being a reception-less hotel however everything was really easy and the staff station themselves in the common area should you need anything at all. Would highly recommend!!

This hotel is right in the centre of Bern and in a refurbished old building. Its very clean and new inside. The rooms are small but are as advertised (Cozy) and have plenty of nice touches to make them functionable. We only stayed one night. The 'common areas' offer a social space with tea making and a communal kitchen to use if needed. The reception is on the 1st floor so an elevator or stairs is needed to reach it. We stayed in July when the weather was exceptionally hot and the air conditioning was adequate. This place offers good value for money, overall we were very satisfied.

This hotel is unique. It has a big kitchen that everyone shares. You can use the fridge, plates, silverware, microwave etc. It also has free coffee and water. We didn’t realize it had a washer/dryer until the day we were leaving. We would have loved to been able to use that the first day we arrived. We stayed in a room for 4 people. It was clean and beds were comfy. The location is right in the heart of town. We walked 6 minutes from the train station. The only thing that was strange was the shower in the room. It was a see through mirror. If you turn the light on, then everyone in the room can see in the shower. Overall, a cute place to stay.

Location is in the middle of the old town right next to one of the plazas where markets and festivals can be held. Only 10-15 min walk from Bern train station. Across from Starbucks if you care for it. And no worries, no all-night loud music like some cities in Europe. Everything is packed up by 6-7pm. My room was small but comfy and enough for my needs. Would love to have a refrigerator in the room, but the communal refrigerator and the shared kitchen were great (everyone/all guests were respectful during my trip except a few who left their used dishes in the sink.) Extra love for the roofdeck where you could watch sunset with a 360 degree view. All staff members were very helpful and gave me a bunch of good ideas to enjoy my Swiss journey. The hotel setup is unique: self checkin via mobile phone (with staff assistance if needed). So, make sure you have your phone services ready.
