Great hotel, centrally situated, about 10 min walk from the train station and 1 min from the Zytglogge (famous clock)/ old town. Staff were very helpful, checked us in early at no extra charge. Can hold your luggage if needed and provide umbrellas if it’s raining. There’s a bar and a restaurant, but we didn’t get a chance to try them. Had an espresso machine and all the necessary amenities. Would love to stay here again!

Centrally located, this was a well-appointed, comfortable hotel which exceeded our expectations. It’s only shortcoming was most of the branding was “Hotel Bern” rather than Best Western. Once we worked that out, everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to base ourselves for exploring Bern.

I was greeted after a long day of travelling by the front desk host, Tobias, who recognized that I had been before and was a returning guest. I received the room. Had requested which was for quiet. The gym which is not attached to the hotel is less then 25 feet away and has everything if not more then you might find at a hotel-excellent for working out. I was able to enjoy the rooftop patio bar and the view is beautifully stunning given the convenience of staying in the same hotel. I found it comfortable and affordable to the extent I extended my stay.

This hotel was a great find in the heart of Bern! The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was a huge plus! The bathroom is spacious and had a great shower! The hotel is within walking distance of old town, with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. You can easily explore the city on foot from this location, or by taking the tram. There is a tram in town that is super easy to take...make sure to ask the front desk for a free pass. There is no on site parking, but it is an easy walk to get your car.

Room is very small for two persons if you are travelling with luggage. Location wise it is good. You will get various dining options and transportation is accessible. Shower Gel dispenser was terrible you need to do 50 pumps to get enough gel very irritated. Overall 8/10.

The check in experience was good . The location is quite convenient. At time of checking out we are confused if if was prepaid and if the breakfast was part of it. It was not a big deal since we traveled to several cities and booked quite early. The staff a mid age lady had stone face in dialogue and in all process not a smile . She should be scheduled to a customer service workshop to know how to smile and convey her message.
