Good staff. The amenities were poor. The "gym" consisted of a stationary bike. That was it. The carpet in the hallways was stained. The security camera in the elevator was broken. It was repaired and is held in place by duct tape. The glass fire door in the hallway was broken. The broken glass is held in place by crime scene tape. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were very poor. Imagine a sack with four feathers in it. As soon as your head hits the pillow, the cushioning moves out of the way and your head is lying on the mattress. The air conditioning worked well, however, and the room was clean. Overall, not worth the price of the stay.

Kopfkissen sind viel zu klein. Im Bad waren im Waschbecken und Wasserhahn die Kalkränder nicht beseitigt. Ansonsten tolles Zimmer mit schönem hellem Bad und neuer frischer Klobürste. Service war sehr nett insbesondere beim gutem Frühstück.

Großes Zimmer, ziemlich ruhig und liegt direkt bei Park Sanssouci. Uns hat alles gefallen! Das Frühstück hat auch gut geschmeckt!

Vorneweg: das Haus und unser Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Online-Check-in ist eine Katastrophe und führt zu nix, da man trotzdem an der Rezeption wartet. Diese ist beim Check-in patzig und verkauft mehr Auto-Stellplätze als dann tatsächlich da sind. Reinigungspersonal steht morgens kurz nach 9 Uhr 5 Sekunden nach kurzem Klopfen im Zimmer ( Check-out 11:00 !). Beim Check-out soll man das Zimmer nochmals bezahlen und den zu Unrecht bezahlten Stellplatz soll man in Naturalien und nicht in bar zurück bekommen. Nach Intervention bekommt man (mit verdrehten Augen) sein Geld zurück. Nie wieder werden wird dort nächtigen, einfach mal gelerntes Personal einstellen oder Schulen was einen Gastbetrieb ausmacht!

Ein paar Hinweise für andere Reisende, besonders mit Kleinkind: Im Zimmer gab es zunächst weder einen Kühlschrank noch einen Wasserkocher. Der Wasserkocher wurde uns auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption schnell gebracht (vielen Dank dafür!). Einen Kühlschrank gab es allerdings nicht – wir mussten auf unsere eigene kleine elektrische Kühlbox zurückgreifen, was natürlich nicht ideal ist, wenn man Babynahrung oder Medikamente kühl lagern muss. Auch die Klimaanlage war eher symbolisch vorhanden – bei sommerlichen Temperaturen kam kaum Kühlung an. Unsere Kinderzäpfchen haben jedenfalls den Hitzetest nicht überstanden und sind geschmolzen. 😅 Leider hat man insgesamt den Eindruck, dass hier eher auf Sparen als auf einen wirklich komfortablen Aufenthalt geachtet wird – besonders bei Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand viel bewirken könnten. Für meine Familie und mich war es deshalb leider der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schade – mit etwas mehr Fokus auf Gäste-Komfort hätte es echtes Potenzial.

Zimmer gut , es fehlten Wasserkocher und kleiner Kühlschrank,.was auch nicht in Ordnung war Restaurant dicht schon seid Corona ,steht aber in ihre Werbung und bar nur draußen wenn einer Mal kommen würde oder bei der Lobby 😞😞. Frühstück toll , aber das schlimmste das man E-Bike angeblich nicht laden darf im Keller und im Zimmer laut Versicherungstechnische Gründen obwohl alles GS geprüft sind , dies wurde zu uns gesagt und sehr unfreundlich.aber andere durften laden , morgens in Lobby sehr unfreundlich Abends gut , Frühstückspersonal, Reinigungskraft gut , wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen oder weiterempfehlen
