The location of the hotel is amazing - three stops away from Alexanderplatz, very close to one of Berlin’s nicest parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain), in a quiet area but super central. Staff were friendly and rooms were quiet and clean

Great hotel for quiet, peaceful sleeping. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Only one criticism, wish they would close the door next to the outside smoking bench so the 5 floor-high lobby doesn’t fill with cigarette smoke.

Need to update the rooms

It was a bit disappointing because the pictures on their website are a bit deceiving. The bathroom was upgraded and clean but the rest of the room looked and felt very dusty and old. The sheets were clean however when we lifted the cushions on the couch, there were plastic wraps, crumbs and a bottle cap. There were 2 moths flying in the room as well. Their open buffet style breakfast was good. The staff was nice. And lastly, they have a very limited underground parking space that you may end up parking on the street.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Bad fehlen wie in den allermeisten Hotels Haken. Das Haus ist recht zentral gelegen. Für einen Kurztrip sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr nettes Personal, das ganze Haus sehr gepflegt, on den öffentlichen Räumen viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Tiefgarage im Haus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Sehr netter Innenhof mit Loungemöbeln. Frühstücken war hervorragend, innen und aussen mit grosser Speiseauswahl

Lokaliteten er fin i gåafstand til det meste . Personale er venligt og morgenmad ok selvom den store spisesal er knap så charmerende. Men sidder man ude i gården er det super hyggeligt .

Der bliver røget på hotellet

Der bliver røget på hotellet, selvom det er et røgfrit hotel. Vi kom hjem to aftener til et værelse der stank stærkt af noget, der ikke var var almindelig tobak. Vi endte med at flytte værelse om natten. Men vi oplever ikke at reglerne blev håndhævet. Vi undrer os også over, at der ikke er brandalarmer som går i gang, hvilket påpegede da der var røg helt inde på værelset.

Ok hotell men inte mer

Ganska nöjda med hotellet överlag. Hade ett större familjerum (2 rum) som hade fönster mot någon typ av förskola som gjorde att det var mycket barnskrik på morgonen. Inte AC(?) så kändes ganska varmt om inte fönstren var öppna. Bra frukostbuffé, möjlighet sitta ute.
