This is not a genuine 5 star. Gym limited. Rooms small. Only 1 of each towel. Hairdryer attached to fixed cord. Bed shoved into corner. Dated design. Lobby pokey. Only positive was kindness and professionalism of staff. This is in Novotel or mercury category.

Rooms are weirdly designed. Big with a stove (no idea why) but bathroom has no ventilation and shower wasn’t up to a 5 star hotel. Also no free water or biscuits! And no kind of nightlight at all in the bathroom…

We stayed for the holidays and the trip was perfect. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Place and Unter den Linden, but also great connections by bus and subway right in front of the hotel entrance. All the staff where very nice and the whole trip was perfect. We really enjoyed having a balcony in the city center.

Wonderful hotel.

It was a wonderful stay in Berlin. The location of the hotel is great. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the front desk is extremely helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed in Europe.
