Gorgeous hotel. Very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely neighborhood. Plenty of tasty restaurants nearby. Easy and quick access to the bus which takes maybe 10 minutes to get to a major transit hub. Felt very nostalgic and welcoming.

Room very clean plenty room. Only mirror was in bathroom and quite high (I’m small ) so had to stand on tip toe could do with one in room as well. Food was same menu all day breakfast/brunch which is fine but not to our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame bar shut at 11 for residents too. Plenty restaurants further up road and nice area could get around Berlin easily from hotel. Would stay again

The Hotel The hotel is set in a lovely spot — quiet and peaceful, yet with plenty of restaurants close by and the main tourist spots within easy reach. The Room This hotel has thought about the basics of sleep in a way many hotels simply don't. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the pillows — wow — they're amazing. What a lot of hotels get wrong is the air con, but here it's whisper-quiet — no tapping, banging, or buzzing in sight, which makes for a genuinely cool night's sleep. The blackout curtains cross over each other (genius — it's the small things that matter), and even the door to the stairwell cuts out the noise from downstairs. All those little details add up to a 100% perfect night's sleep. I'll miss that. The Bathroom That shower — OMG. It's one powerful shower, an absolute dream after a long day of walking. Could do with a touch more room if I'm being picky, but I loved it. One small note: the fridge isn't really a fridge — more of a box with lights and no function whatsoever. When the hotel did get something wrong, they put it right, and I'm grateful for that. The bakery is a beauty — the almond croissant is an absolute must. The Staff Friendly, kind, always with a smile — this is what makes a hotel, and they got it right every single day.

En la habitación office suite para 3 el sofá cama es terriblemente incómodo. Después de dos noches sin poder dormir el personal fue muy amable y nos ofrecieron la gran suite con balcón, donde el sofá es más cómodo.

Hôtel proche de la station de métro HohenzollernPlatz. Accueil très sympathique (mention spéciale à Mickaël). Belle grande chambre-studio pour 3. Très calme, clim réglable et absolument silencieuse. Très grand lit double très confortable. Deux réserves toutefois : - d'abord sur le lit simple qui, lui, était une banquette ouverte, très dure donc et avec un creux au milieu, il a fallu demander une couette supplémentaire pour le rendre un peu moins inconfortable. - et regret que le petit déjeuner (excellent au demeurant) n'ait pas été inclus dans le prix de la chambre, car même avec le prix "spécial The Dean" au Benedict, la boulangerie/bar qui est à l'entrée de l'hôtel, 20 euros par personne ça fait vite un budget à 3. Mais un très bon séjour au final malgré ça.
