Everything was fantastic about the property except that if you open the window to get fresh air, it is incredibly noisy due to the train going by every 5-10 minutes. If you don’t plan on opening the window, then it’s very quiet due to some great sound proof windows. The internet was outstanding! Bonus, there are blackout shutters on the windows!

Excellent stay here between 8th - 11th June. All staff so welcoming and facilities clean! It’s about a 18-20 minute walk into Alexanderplatz along a main road so you can’t get lost! Less than ten minutes from Osbahnhof Station too for travelling around. Lovely Holzmarkt area opposite offering drinks, street food and chilled vibes by the Spree. Also 15 minute walk from the East Side Gallery. Only advice from me was the room was a bit light in the evening due to a thin curtain and leaving the window open led to a lot of noise from the train line and construction work opposite. If you’re a light sleeper then bring an eye mask! 😂 Overall superb!

Will recommend

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and it was just what I needed and wanted. Clean and fresh accommodations. Friendly staff. Easy accessibility. I see some mentioning noise from the trains/trams, but I had no such issues at all. Will recommend staying here!

Everything was amazing, only slight downside was I was lucky/unlucky enough to be staying in Berlin during a heatwave, so the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, but generally any other time this wouldn’t be an issue. The facilities were fantastic and the staff very helpful, I’d definitely stay again.

Comfortable hotel at reasonanle prices.at a time when everywhere else put them much higher than normal. Great location with a lot of things that are in walkable distance. Only the heating seemed a bit badly adjusted despite the temperatures below zero. But all in all a very good option.

Seemed new, everything. Best value, if it still happens to be then I'd definitely return again. Balcony, kitchen etc. nice lobby bar café with nice drinks and vegan options. Not too far from the station to the airport, Deutschland pass. Walkable to East side gallery Berlin wall art and Alexanderplatz. Cheaper than hostels etc. the outdoor bar café area opposite the road is nice but hardly open, again good vegan options there and drinks. Nice staff. Lots of entrance doors and elevators. The door to the room has the most complicated lock ever, I'm tiny and struggled at first but the staff helped me, unsure if I locked it properly again but it's safe. As it's upscale it's the equivalent of a 4* hotel, good reviews. Safe since the people there are rich. Rooftop bar wasn't open yet unfortunately so it felt a bit limited. Went to the petrol station nearby to buy drinks. I missed a walking tour through the sister hostel, as there's limited things to do and only way to meet people is in the lobby. I think that there should maybe be better communication between the sister establishments to offer networking opportunities etc as a solo traveller it often felt boring and lonely as difficult to meet people as I don't speak German. It was one of the main things that made it appealing to me when finding it on the website. I should've asked for a better view of the TV tower as I was facing the construction opposite. I liked the electronic blinds and big bathroom, everything is new.

The room leaned toward warmth and carried noise from the adjacent train track. The property felt slightly risky due to graffiti and litter, yet it remained secure. Its position offered easy access to three train stations and a bus stop. Although not extremely near, it sat within walking range.

Lovely place to stay - close to public transport and a grocery store nearby - loved that there was a little kitchenette in the room. As it's next to the railway line there is regular noise from trains - and there were building works opposite - however earplugs did the trick. In every other way it was a very comfortable and convenient place - would stay again.

The property is located right next to a sharp bend in the railroad tracks, making it extremely loud 24/7. To make matters worse, there is no air conditioning. On hot summer nights, you are forced to choose between suffocating from the heat with the windows closed, or being kept awake by the piercing screech of metal train wheels on the rails.

THEY DONT HAVE BEDS! The bed is a sofa with a sheet on and it hard as a board. Everything else is great but the main thing you want in a hotel is a BED and THERE IS NO BED.

Good location, cosy rooms with value for money, especially with the private kitchen. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest you go somewhere else, as the rooms are quite noisy with the trains going by plus a very persistent ventilation just above the bed. At least in my room. But if not - go for it!

The kitchen + the dishwater all included are truly a gems in this apartment TV compatible bluetooth Ground floor has its pro and cons, like direct access to the street (be careful for insecure times), some insects can enter the apartment and crawl to the bed. Air conditioning half-working. Sometimes the wall is soundproof but we can still the neighboors door bangs or the neighboors' showers
