This hotel looks very old but it’s not, giving it a lot of character. The staff was outstanding, each and every one. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location was awesome and pretty central, only steps to Museum Island and a tram stop. The property’s restaurant was also very good. We highly recommend!

It is in an excellent location in walking distance to Museum Island and restaurants in Mitte . It is well maintained but I heard acoustics is an issue so I requested top floor room which was very quiet . Only issue is that the shower drain backed up and caused flood in the room . They fixed it next day but I was nervous nevertheless. But it is otherwise an excellent hotel

Great hotel wonderful Breakfast but the checking in and out including payments was confusing, we asked for email breakdown of accounts on several occasions and we still have not received them, we were also charged a large amount of money of which we still do not know what for nor do the front desk know and still trying to fight to return our money.

We had a wonderful stay at Telegraphenamt over the festive season! Immaculate room with views over the park, a super comfortable bed & fabulous shower! Breakfast was superb - a great selection & a special mention to Daria who was a lovely smiling face to start our day with. Fabulous hotel. Beautiful property, great service, and located in a wonderful older part of the city. Only minor quibble is the food service is quite slow (food is good!), so allow ample time to dine in the hotel.
