Everything was okay, room was clean, and staff was great. Location was not ideal as it was far from city center, but there was a bus stop less than two minutes away walking, so in general it was okay. Got stuck in the elevator near reception, help arrived promptly and everything was good, but nevertheless not the best experience. Everything else was good though.

Extremely unfriendly guy in the reception when checking in. Didn’t even say Hi or Welcome. Also he insisted on the extra 20 euro for wanting to check in at 14:50 (original check in time 15) despite us arriving at 13:00 and said we can wait and we’ll go for lunch in the meantime. To say that 10 min before is just ridiculous. Also booked two rooms wich we wanted next to each other because of children. Ende upp with separate rooms but one was connected to other room with other guests with a locked but thin door between. One of the worst stays in recent years. Avoid at all costs.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Stationen vom Olympiastadion entfernt, was angenehm nach einem Konzert war. Schönes zweckmäßiges Zimmer. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht bei 30 grad oder war nicht intuitiv zu bedienen.

Leider keine eigenen Parkplätze am Hotel. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Der Bacon zum Frühstück war Putenbacon - das schmeckte gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles andere soweit top. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, nur die Verdunklungs-Vorhänge haben hässliche Flecken was man besonders sieht, wenn die Sonne scheint. An sich aber ein super Aufenthalt. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte 2 aufeinander folgende Nächte in einzelnen Buchungen die problemlos zusammengeführt wurden. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht notwendig. Das schafft nicht jedes Hotel. Danke dafür!
