This hotel is a real "find" in Berlin Mitte and it was a pleasure to stay there for 4 nights. A warm, welcoming staff and spacious lobby, extremely comfortable rooms with high ceilings and large bath, and in general efficient and well-run. Location is perfect for visiting cultural sites in Mitte, and just a short walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz and the U2 and 6. Ideally situated for exploring this fascinating city and a safe, quiet area. I’ll be back to stay here for sure. Much recommended!

Hotel is located a short distance from Checkpoint Charlie and Kochstrasse U-bahn. It's also easily walkable from Potsdamer Platz for the train to the the airport. Large, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good selection for breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing I could criticise would be that the room looked onto a courtyard and didn't get a lot of light.
