Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice.

Das Zimmer was sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Umgebung und der Hof waren ebenfalls gepflegt. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war, für den Preis, eher gering, da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hinfahren, es lohnt sich.

Meine Mutter ist gehbehindert. Der Zugang per Fahrstuhl zum barrierefreien Zimmer war super, aber dass ich mit dem Auto nicht direkt vor den Eingang des "Kuhstall" fahren konnte und meine Mutter mit Rollator eine relativ weite Strecke über das holprige Kopfsteinpflaster zurücklegen musste (auch vom Kuhstall zum Frühstücksrestaurant und zurück) stellte ein nicht unerhebliches Manko dar.

El hotel estaba muy alejado del centro de Berlín, tampoco tenía un acceso cerca del metro. Llegué de noche sobre las 23hs en un Uber del aeropuerto y el entorno era muy oscuro, no había nadie en recepción, por suerte me dejaron un sobre con la tarjeta de la habitación. La atención al otro día fue correcta.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was very in need for a makeover. Carpet need to be cleaned, Wall need painting. Minibar smelled strange, after coincidentally spotted in a little weird table. Bathroom smelled sometimes very bad like something's with the tubes. Also those pillows, totally terrible. Still pain in the neck afterwards. I'm sure there are better room. But we've been very unlucky. Didn't match the expectations and the payed price at all. 120€ per night, we stayed 4. Wouldn't chose it again. Clearly the stuff is helpful and lovely.

Świetny hotel

Pobyt ok. Ale podobnie jak w ubiegłym roku Hotels.com nie przekazał do hotelu informacji,że pobyt został opłacony podczas rezerwacji ! Konieczne było wykonanie przez recepcjonistkę kilku rozmów telefonicznych w celu upewnienia się,że opłata została dokonana. W/g mnie jest to niedopatrzenie z Waszej strony i mam nadzieję,że przy następnym pobycie nie będziemy niemile zaskakiwani.
