This hotel is brilliant: just steps from the train station and tram stops, two grocery stores and eating places. We stayed in a real neighbourhood of friendly people. The view of the vicinity particularly in a golden November was priceless. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was friendly and prompt. The only trouble we had was with the bed which had one side flushed against the wall, making it difficult for the one on the side of the wall to get in and out of bed.

A little hike from the city, but well connected!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and related information. I was initially nervous about the lack of a 24h reception desk, as I had a late flight into Berlin, but the instructions before arrival were clear and check-in was super easy. Would stay again!

Great property , the property offers alot to be able to live for a short duration, it is in a amazing location and very friendly local people. Your also close to alot of grocery shops and food options. The transportation links are great aswell as your outside a tram station and a train station. Look forward to booking again

The apartment was super clean and well equipped. We arrived late at night, and the self checkin was very easy and fast. The steps were clearly communicated beforehand through email and whatsapp. The location is very convenient, next to a train station that goes to city center and a free car parking (P R Karlshorst).

practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. We are from NYC so are used to public transportation (this feels like living in Elmhurst and commuting to Manhattan). The area itself is convenient in terms of getting to various grocery stores, and pharmacies.

Great clean, modern spacious apartment. Good location right next to station, easy transfer from airport on train. Very comfortable bed. Very small kitchen area, but only had breakfast in and good fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Stayed in autumn, perfect temp in apartment, but imagine it may be very hot in height of summer. Overall great stay.

The apartment was excellent. Very well equipped kitchen, clean comfortable room, close to the S-Bahn station but with great sound insulation. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, Penny) nearby. I'd happily return.

Good for work travel

Communication was good. The hotel sent an email detailing what to do upon arrival. Also, the staff was nice and efficient with helping our check-in. Room was in good condition. Opening the window can be a bit noisy due to traffic, but that's expected for staying in an urban area. The S-bahn is right next to the hotel, so that's nice and convenient.

This accommodation is like a 50/50 feeling. We loved the location, it’s ideal to come and go by train. The area is great, we knew it cause we once lived in the neighborhood and moved abroad. We basically visited our old home. The things is, it’s loud, the rooms are extremely warm and that for cold nights in April. The price is unbeatable tho compared to many other places and being able to cool or warm up some food in the small kitchen is also very nice. All in all we will probably come back in case there is nothing cheaper that compares with the minimal standart :)

This is like a home away from home. You have your own apartment with a well equipped kitchen, saving you lots of money on dinner. All is new and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The interaction with the staff is minimal and the receptionist is not 24/7.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchenette, desk space to work at and plenty storage to place all of your items. The place was very clean and service was provided a couple times a week with changing bed sheets and towels. Only thing I would have liked is having a couch in the living room instead of two chairs. Would have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that, great place for a decent price.

Excellent place in Berlin, can’t wait for nextstay

One of the best stays ever. I do not where to start. The room was very nicely appointed, cozy, stylish even. All little details are thought off, like sockets in convenient places. Furniture is new and convenient to store your things (I had a lot of stuff and all fit comfortably). The wi-fi signal was great. The tv was great too, having a few international channels, which is not always a case in German hotels. Too And bathroom very clean. Microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer - all worked fine. The cafe by the lobby serves amazing breakfasts. The s train is basically one minute walking away, and you can be in central Berlin within 20 minutes, trains are frequent.

No air conditioning, which was not clear on the property description and we assumed was provided. No parking or guest vehicle loading area at all. The next door cafe owner is unpleasant and the cafe inventory delivery uses the elevator, takes priority over guest use of the elevator. It is in a good location for public transportation and retail support, appears safe, building is relatively new.

Mostly this place was a nice place to stay. The S stain entrance is right next to the building and the tram drops off in front of it, so public transportation was great. If you plan to do laundry do so at your own risk, the dryer did not work and of course the front desk didn’t care because they are leased and do not own them. As a business you should know that if it’s in your building it reflects on you. Provide a working service or don’t provide one. That was my only issue, the coffee shop was nice to have in the morning and the access to public transportation were great. Also it was very safe with the key card system.
