Very close to the Zoo and KuDamm, making it accessible to Berlin via the great travel infrastructure. Hotel very quiet, clean and friendly.

Overall good hotel with a great swimming pool. Unfortunately, the sauna was under renovation. AC in our room did not work and the beds were not the best ones. Staff was friendly and the rest of the hotel very nice atmosphere.

We chose the Pullman because it is on the same block as the Franziskus-Krankenhaus hospital. Our daughter was admitted unexpectedly and so we were only able to book one day at a time. The Pullman was very accommodating with these last minute additions. The only downside to this otherwise very nice hotel was the spotty WiFi.

Stayed here for the Christmas Markets and sight seeing. Definitely recommend. Lovely large suite room, two bathrooms and lots of closets to put clothes away for the week. Breakfast was great, staff friendly and good location.

Excellent hotel very close to the zoo, aquarium and Europa centre. Interesting decor throughout the hotel halps it stand out from the other hotels. Great breakfast with a great range of well prepared and well presented food.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing - especially the breakfast team. The rooms are fairly standard but everything you could want. In a well connected part of Berlin. The pool is great! Sauna wasn’t working but such a treat.

Room too hot. Can’t adjust the temperature when needed since it is centralized control for all the rooms. Bathroom extractor full of dust and no air extraction. Bathtub seal not cleaned. Black mould visible.
