Premier Inn staff were excellent always available to help and advise and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Very handy for transport links and lots to do and see nearby. Some excellent restaurants very close to hotel. Only complaint is the rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisey with stree traffic.

The room was a little on the small side as I stayed for five nights with very little cupboard space, so lived out of suitcase. Otherwise excellent. Everything worked and staff were very helpful.

A good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. There were a few marks on the wall from shoes and bags which could have been cleaned beforehand. There were also general signs of wear and tear but nothing major. The location is close to the Tiergarten which is handy and transport links are close by. I would recommend staying here.

Nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir gebucht haben. Ein anderes war nicht verfügbar. Das Personal hat sich bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Der Abfluss der Dusche stank sehr, sodass man den Geruch bereits bei geschlossener Badtür beim Betreten des Zimmers wahrnahm. Trotz, dass es Zimmerservice nur auf Wunsch (Reservierung am Vortag) gab, wurden wir vom Housekeeping am Sonntag morgen geweckt. Das Zimmer machte einen abgenutzten Eindruck.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen Nähe Tiergarten, KaDeWe usw. Der Check in verlief schnell und reibungslos. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Duschtür ist zu schmal. Im Zimmer habe ich Fußnägel gesehen was darauf hindeutet, dass nicht gut genug gesaugt wird. Ziemlich eklig! Im Hotel wird mit einer HappyHour geworben. Diese ist von 17-19 Uhr und es gibt 50% Rabatt. An der Bar sind es plötzlich nur noch 30%. Ich finde das eine arglistige Täuschung. Es fiel mir erst nach dem bezahlen auf.
