The room itself was very run down and lacked cleanliness. For all the time we spent in the room it did not really concern us however it would have been a bigger issue if we were planning to spend more time there. Beds/pillows were comfy

the bathrooms are worn down. always plumฤฑng problems. either the sink or the shower is clogged. no ammenities just hand soap. the room is fine nothing fancy. it is good enough for the price. there was extreme construction during my stay but they did nothing to accomodate us further than a note on the elevator that says there will be work. I believe there should be some complimentary gifts or benefits when you wake me up at 8 am everyday with construction noise.

Lovely little hotel a bit out side the center of Berlin. Very clean, good beds and exclusive beddings. Breakfast was standard and staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again! There for business 4 nights.

We had to move to another hotel because of the shower- water was going out every whereโ€ฆ And in the second hotel Garner there was no wi fi in the room for a week! I wrote them that i expect a compensation- no one respond yet. I hope you can help me with that- i book from Hotels all the time!

Amazing stay in Berlin!

Terrific stay! Very clean and tidy, ideal location and lovely staff! The beds were very comfortable and cosy. Only issue was that there is a door (which is locked) that joins onto the next room and you could hear other people if they were loud - Such a minor thing though! We will be booking again, really enjoyed our stay.

Great small hotel in a very good location for transport links and walking. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Considering all of that itโ€™s also priced really competitively. The rooms are on the small side but well designed, clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Would highly recommend.

Well worth it

The room was quite comfortable, clean, and quiet. The clerk was great with customer service. It's conveniently located near a few public transit stations, the zoo, and plenty of restaurants. I would definitely repeat my stay here.
