The staff at this hotel was very good. The location is top with a good connection to the subway. The only bad part is, that the rooms are way to hot in the summer. Maybe the hotel could add some fans to their rooms.

Great location, plenty of options to get to the city center. There is a Späti and an EDEKA nearby to get some snacks or drinks. Also, it is the end of the Kudamm - just stroll along to see great bars and cafés. There is no AC, so the rooms can get quite hot in the summer. The S-Bahn nearby is quite noisy. Staff is nice, and everything went smoothly. Well worth the price.

Beautiful little hotel with a pleasant little garden in the front where you can sit and drink a beer. Excellent and good value breakfast. I would have given 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had not been down most of the weekend although staff were apologetic about this. Also, not having English Breakfast Tea or other strong blends is BLATANT discrimination against English people, for whom a strong morning cuppa is an absolute necessity. But the staff were lovely so I’d come again, bringing my own teabags, of course!

Generally speaking you get what you pay for. Hotels costing more would also offer better service and cleanliness. Regarding the latter we didn't like black mold on the silicon parts in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, kind and accommodated our needs. Besides that everything worked fine, balcony was an unexpected bonus.

This property has changed ownership multiple times. I remember when it was privately owned and I traveled there for business. Still a good value seeing the prices somewhere else. We love the breakfast buffet!

- Overall quite OK - After having read many reviews about the room getting warm during hotter days, I requested a portable fan when booking the room, but no response from the management. The room DOES INDEED get warm, so I simply kept the windows open all the time. - Ensure you get a room away from the railway, which I did. - Nice neighborhood and close to everything (stores, S-Bahn, buses etc.) - The little fridge was very handy during the stay.
