Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und zentrale + dennoch ruhige Lage (im Hinterhaus) am Neuköllner Herrmannplatz waren schön. Aber: Spartanisch war die Einrichtung. Die Kücheeinrichtung ist nicht so empfehlenswert (wenig Besteck bzw. Geschirr, unsauber im Schrank + schmutziger Kühlschrank). TV funktionierte nicht. Schade
