We got a corner room on the 7th floor - it was huge and we enjoyed watching the sunset. The whole property was clean and very aesthetically decorated. It is right next to the Friedrichstr train station and close to a lot of tourist destinations (Brandenburg gate, Riechstag, museum island, humboldt forum, bebelplatz, etc). We didn’t get the hotel breakfast but there were plenty of shops right next to the hotel (dunkin, starbucks, cafes, aldi). Staff were very helpful! Highly recommended!

Perfect location, right next to the station & starbucks, and near shops (incl. Aldi). Recommend getting the 24hr AB card that allows you to use unlimited s bahn trains and u bahn metro (for 24hrs), to reach the tourist sights, that were all a few stops away! It was very easy to get here from the airport (need zone ABC ticket) and only took 30 minutes. Spacious, clean room and helpful staff. Grateful for the air con as we came during the heatwave, that reached 37 degrees. They are part of the green choice, in exchange for drinks vouchers with plenty of choices - red/white wine, beer on tap/alcohol free beer, soft drinks. Would definitely book this hotel again if we were to return to Berlin :)

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The location was fantastic! The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because two of the three elevators were out the second day we were there and there was some wear and tear on the headboards of the bed. They did give us early check-in, which was great!

Well located, in the heart of downtown. Very busy street, but I could not hear it from the 7th floor. Walking distance to the train station, and to Museum Island. Room was confortable but a little small. No tub in the bathroom, only a shower. The following week, I stayed in another NH hotel in Dresden, where the room was larger and less expensive. Hotels tend to be more expensive in big cities. My room in Berlin would cost at least 1000 euros per night if it was in Paris. Maybe more. The breakfast was excellent.
