Overall we had a nice stay. Room and bathroom were nice, spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you enjoy staying in the Friedrichshain area. However, one of the receptionists’ lack of skills to communicate and the fact that rooms weren’t soundproof did decrease the overall experience.

The staffs are very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The only complaint is the comfort is too thick for summer. We had to keep the air conditioner running low in the night. Other wise it’s too hot to sleep with the thick comfort.

Good choice in a great area of Berlin

Stayed for one night and it was alright. Located in my favorite area in Berlin. Staff was helpful and room was clean and spaceous. The only minus is that there is a busy road next to the hotel, which was a bit noisy. While this didn't bother me, light sleepers might want to request a room that is not directly facing the road.

When we arrived it was found out that our booking never transferred onto their system. The receptionist worked hard trying to find us a room at either this hotel or their sister hotel. They managed and we got checked in. Room was nice and spacious. Comfy chair. Bed not so much and no fan in the bathroom so it quickly became a sauna in there, especially after a shower. The hotel had a heating issue and the room was stuck at 28 degrees. Overall pleasant stay. Plus- excellent bakery across the road 🙂

Staff was very kind and location is good. Curtains don't block out all the light so it is hard to sleep in. Hallways got noisy in the mornings with other guests and housekeeping staff. Decent value for the money.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat sind das es nur 3 Sender auf dem Fernseher gab aber dies ist nun wirklich ein kleines Problemchen. Ansonsten sehr gerne wieder.

Fint hotell med bra läge, spårvagn från Alxanderplats. Frukosten var katastrof, ingen buffe. Man fick beställa o fick en tallrik, extremt matspill måste det vara.

Ruhige Hotelanlage

Bin schön öfters dort gewesen. Leider ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal eine Auffrischung bekommen. Gerade auch was die Duschen in der Sauna betrifft. Auch das neuen Konzept des Frühstücks a la carte halte ich für nicht so gut. Parken im Umfeld ist derzeit sehr schwierig durch eine Langzeitbaustelle. Buchbare Parkplätze sind rar.

Soweit ganz okay. Das Hotel selbst und die Einrichtung sind nicht neu aber passt. Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten da aufgrund einer Störung in der Küche haben wir im Hotel nebenan gefrühstückt. Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre gut zu haben, ist doch 4* Hotel

Bra hotel saknar dock vattenkokare på rummet för tillagning av ex kaffe/te, det skulle göra STOR skillnad på upplevelsen. Personalen i receptionen vänliga och tillmötesgående, en del dock lite knagglig engelska (i den delen av Berlin är många utländska turister), och någon hade lite väl ungdomligt beteende

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

An und für sich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, es gibt aber doch einige Kritikpunkte: Das Frühstück à la carte ist zwar sehr reichhaltig und von bester Qualität, aber zwingt den Gast zur Einseitigkeit: entweder nur Obst und Jogurt (in riesigen Mengen) oder nur süß oder nur Eierspeisen etc. Balkone verschmutzt und ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Zimmer und Flure sehr dunkel. Positiv: sehr freundliches Personal, schickes Bad, gut gefüllte Minibar, ruhiges Ambiente, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung.

Fint hotell, dårlig service

Fikk ikke parkert på hotellets private parkering, lite informasjon ved sjekk inn og relativt lite hyggelig resepsjonist. Fikk heller ikke bestilt frokost da vi ankom da han hadde stengt reservering for dette for kvelden, vi ankom ca 21. Airconditionet på rommet funket dårlig, så temperaturen forble på 26 grader c under hele oppholdet! Vaskepersonalet tok heller ikke ut søplet vårt når de ryddet. Gikk ned til resepsjonen med dette, men han sa jeg måtte gå ut og finne en offentlig søppelbøtte, gikk langt for å finne dette. Betalte også for høyt beløp på minibar og frokost, så vær obs på dette. Ellers et fint hotell, med fine rom, god frokost og fint med sauna.
