This hotel is about an hour out of Berlin but the bus and S Bahn connections are very good. The hotel is clean the staff pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is wonderful and we also enjoyed an evening meal . We didn’t have a chance to explore the surrounding area as it rained a bit while we were there.

Nice place to stay

Great location outside the big city, no noise. The room was of good size. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. A very nice facility. No fridge or microwave but we found that common for traveling in Europe.

The room after renovation, beautiful, new, but there was a smell after renovation, dust, the windows were not cleaned. There is no mini fridge, safe. The other rooms are still undergoing renovation. The breakfast is cold, the meatballs are cold, the omelette felt like flour, the selection is not large. Delicious coffee, the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace .Helpful staff. Minus, because parking costs €10

Bei Ankunft ein vermitteltes Gefühl der lästiger Bittsteller bekommen. Erstes zugewiesenes Zimmer: Toilettenspülung defekt. Seifenspender leer. Zweites zugewiesenes Zimmer: Nicht gelüftet, Bettwäsche zerwühlt, Bad nicht gereinigt. Drittes Zimmer: Verbindungstüren zum Nachbarzimmer nicht aufbereitet. Nachts Schallübertragung (kompressorartiges Brummen von vermutlich defekter Heizungsanlage) vom UG über die Wand. Das Geräusch war lokalisierbar, wurde durch Musik im EG tagsüber überblendet. Rezeption wollte die Örtlichkeit nicht gezeigt bekommen. Keine Entschädigung, Keine Minderungsangebot, Kein Entgegenkommen Ein routinemäßiges kurzes „Bedauern“ über Unannehmlichkeiten. Schade

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Müggelsee. Sehr ruhig und schöne Umgebung. Allerdings könnte man viel mehr aus dem Gelände machen. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sauber. Leider heizte es sich tagsüber sehr auf und die Klimaanlage war zu schwach zum Runterkühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.
