This hotel is about an hour out of Berlin but the bus and S Bahn connections are very good. The hotel is clean the staff pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is wonderful and we also enjoyed an evening meal . We didn’t have a chance to explore the surrounding area as it rained a bit while we were there.

Nice place to stay

Great location outside the big city, no noise. The room was of good size. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. A very nice facility. No fridge or microwave but we found that common for traveling in Europe.

The room after renovation, beautiful, new, but there was a smell after renovation, dust, the windows were not cleaned. There is no mini fridge, safe. The other rooms are still undergoing renovation. The breakfast is cold, the meatballs are cold, the omelette felt like flour, the selection is not large. Delicious coffee, the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace .Helpful staff. Minus, because parking costs €10

Prima Lage am See, Biergarten und Terrasse gut nutzbar. Wellness incl., aber nur wenig Fitnessgeräte. Fahrradstrecken und Verleih, gegen Gebühr, ab Hotel nutzbar. Sehr ruhig da vor dem Wald. Eine Kegelbahn kann auch genutzt werden. Mein Einzelzimmer zum Innenhof war sauber und gross genug. Gepflegtes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist ok, es fehlt nichts wichtiges. Das Abendessen habe ich nur einmal genossen. An dem Abend hatte das Essen bestenfalls Kantinenniveau. Wurstgulasch oder trockene Gefügelstreifen in gelber Currysosse ohne Curry Geschmack.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an absolut wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind überaus sauber, groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Hervorzugeben ist das hervorragende Frühstück: Die Auswahl war sehr gut und frisch, aber das absolute Highlight war die fantastische Aussicht direkt auf den See, die man beim Essen genießen kann. Auch die Lage des Hotels könnte kaum besser sein – die unmittelbare Nähe zum See lädt zu wunderbaren Spaziergängen ein. Ein riesiges Plus für uns war zudem die herzliche Gastfreundschaft gegenüber unserem Hund. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Leider war das Bad im ersten Zimmer definitiv nicht gereinigt. Nach Wechsel war es dann ok. Ansonsten muss man sagen, dass das Hotel einfach etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist ( nicht schlimm) aber dann 170€ die Nacht passt m.E. Nicht zusammen.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt wieder sehr schön. Negativ ist zu bewerten, dass alle Kühlschränke in den Zimmern ausgebaut wurden und bei uns dafür sogar unprofessionell der Schrank herausgesägt wurde.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnten die Zimmer nicht überzeugen sie sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise abgenutzt und an einigen Stellen auch nicht richtig sauber. Mit einer Renovierung und einer gründlicheren Reinigung könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.

Die Müggelseeperle ist eine preiswerte und in angenehmer Umgebung gelegene Alternative zu teuren Hotels im Zentrum Berlins. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen.

Also wir waren echt positiv überrascht. Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen war man schon etwas vorsichtig. Aber ehrlich gesagt verstehen wir die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ja es ist noch altmodisch- hat aber Charme. Sie sind bereits am sanieren. Man hat das Feeling als wäre man im Film Dirty Dancing gelandet von Stil her und dem Außenbereich. Top Lage direkt am Wasser. Sehr gutes Frühstück muss man sagen im bereits modernisierten Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung für top Preis Leistung mit guten Betten ☺️

Wir waren als Familie für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und sind absolut begeistert. Da bei unserer kurzfristigen Buchung nur noch ein Vierbettzimmer mit Stockbetten frei war, hatten wir dieses zunächst reserviert. Bereits vor der Anreise hatten wir ein sehr angenehmes Telefonat mit einer überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiterin. Sie deutete an, dass eventuell eine kleine „Überraschung“ auf uns warten könnte – und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür und direktem Seeblick. Diese Großzügigkeit hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns riesig darüber gefreut und hätten uns sehr gerne noch einmal persönlich bei der Dame bedankt, was leider zeitlich nicht mehr klappte. Dieser Service geht weit über das Standardmaß hinaus! Weitere Highlights: • Sauberkeit: Alles war tadellos rein, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. • Frühstück: Das Buffet war klasse! Es gab eine reichhaltige Auswahl, alles war frisch und es hat an nichts gefehlt. • Service: Das gesamte Personal war aufmerksam und professionell. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel (besonders für Familien) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese tollen Tage.

Bei Ankunft ein vermitteltes Gefühl der lästiger Bittsteller bekommen. Erstes zugewiesenes Zimmer: Toilettenspülung defekt. Seifenspender leer. Zweites zugewiesenes Zimmer: Nicht gelüftet, Bettwäsche zerwühlt, Bad nicht gereinigt. Drittes Zimmer: Verbindungstüren zum Nachbarzimmer nicht aufbereitet. Nachts Schallübertragung (kompressorartiges Brummen von vermutlich defekter Heizungsanlage) vom UG über die Wand. Das Geräusch war lokalisierbar, wurde durch Musik im EG tagsüber überblendet. Rezeption wollte die Örtlichkeit nicht gezeigt bekommen. Keine Entschädigung, Keine Minderungsangebot, Kein Entgegenkommen Ein routinemäßiges kurzes „Bedauern“ über Unannehmlichkeiten. Schade
