We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and worth the cost. My only personal complaint was that the individual rooms did not have air condition and since it was a very warm week in Berlin we choose to move hotels for comfort.

For a motel, it was a good place to stay, with an excellent location and easy access to everything. The lounge area was clean, comfortable and well furnished, and the rooms were a good size. My only disappointment was the lack of basic in-room facilities such as a kettle for making hot drinks and reliable WiFi with the tv. No AC in the rooms which was very uncomfortable during the heatwave. A fan was available with a deposit but only one in a room despite us being 5 in total. Breakfast was overpriced for the collection displayed. Overall, it was a comfortable and descent stay.

Room simple but clean. Hôtel easy to reach by public transport S & U Hermanstrasse. Friendly service at breakfast. One negative point: the sidewalk along the entire length of the hotel was covered in slippery ice for several days. It seems to me that the hotel could have done something about it.

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

A place to stay

I only stayed for one night to attend the concert of Cuco in Hole 44. It was optimal for this purpose. The staff was competent and friendly, the room clean and pleasant. I can recommend the hotel who don't want to stay in the city: the public transportation is good.

Good place for price..

The room was ok for the price that we paid. It was clean and quiet. No air conditioning, but was able to use a fan provided by the front desk for a ten euro deposit. The hotel offered what looked like a decent breakfast, but we never ate there..the price seemed to much at 14 euros per person.

We didn't have breakfast there. So I can not say anything about it. The motel is well located, I mean for the price it's good. We mainly choose it since we had an event in the area. It was clean, but it didn't have a frigobar (I bought cheese so I had to eat it 😅) But it was clean, something I really appreciate it. Clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Also a smart TV that we appreciated after a cold day hehe. The common areas were nice. We only used them when we went out to plan our day. Also, we arrived at 16 or something and you have to self check in in a machine which is outside. It was quick. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Good hotel

Good service, and was someone available to help pretty much at any time. Well located, but it is on a well used road, so can get noisy during peak time. The room is large and generally well set up. It could have done with a chair to use with the desk. The shower room was effectively a wet room, making it very convenient and accessible. The position of the shower did mean that you need to pay attention to it's direction or risk sending water into the bedroom itself.
