The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel - and underground is a stone throw away, can't get more convenient if you use public transport. Hotel is nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Overall EXCELLENT!

Didn’t realise this was a chain and you wouldn’t know as it is really well run. The bar area in particular is a lovely space to relax.

Lovely hotel, rooms are great and spacious. Nice bathroom. Area is quiet around, with limited bars and restaurants but hotel bar is great with a lovely atmosphere.

Flott hotell som gjerne besøkes igjen

Behjelpelig personal, både i resepsjonen og i baren. Bartender tilpasset drinken min, slik at den ble fantastisk. God beliggenhet, lett å bruke undergrunnsbanen for å komme seg rundt. Parkering var tilgjengelig under hotellet.

Hermoso hotel con un lobby precioso, con una estación de metro enfrente de la salida, lo cual es súper práctico. Es una zona muy buena, y medianamente cercano a zona de comidas . Accesible para llegar a pie a muchos lados también . Decoración. Muy bonita pero sentí la habitación muy muy justa.

I liked the area and if I were to visit Berlin again, I would stay in this area. I liked that the U Bahn and bus stops are on the doorstep. It was easy to travel all over the city. The area felt very safe. Re the room - The shower was really decent, easy to set and always nice and hot. Though small, the room was perfectly adequate and appeared clean. I really disliked that there were no tea and coffee making facilities. For me that is the deal breaker. I loathe carpet in hotel rooms and this one was a fairly elderly specimen. Hardwood flooring would be more hygienic. I appreciate this was a German hotel but the lack of international tv channels was surprising. The only English one was Sky 'news', and I could not locate any French or Dutch channels either. Fortunately, the Wifi is good. Dont be fooled by the 'city view'. My room looked directly in to about 100 living rooms in a tower block and conversely they looked into the hotel rooms which have no privacy unless you want to shut the curtains during daylight. Apart from the barman, who was chatty and friendly, the staff were not unpleasant but not very welcoming either. I had breakfast one morning. It was fine but over priced. Fortunately, there is a very good bakery and cafe across the road where you can have a nice breakfast for a fraction of the price. All in all, it was a clean, safe place for a reasonable price but would I return? Probably not.
